As the one-year anniversary of the widely publicized
bankruptcy law change approaches, one thing is clear: almost everyone who might have filed bankruptcy before the law change can still do so. In fact, early reports from credit counseling agencies indicated that fewer than 4% of those pre-bankruptcy clients who passed through their offices had any other realistic options.
