Roger Waldner, former owner and CEO of H&W Motor Express, headquartered in
Iowa, pled guilty to two counts of bankruptcy fraud. He now faces up to 10 years in prison and $500,000 in fines. According to court documents, almost $2 million were transferred to other companies either owned or associated with Waldner and other H&W officers. In 2002, the trucking company filed for
bankruptcy protection.
