Mortgage interest rates slipped for the second week in a row last
week, with some rates reaching 2007 lows.

Association's (MBA) Weekly Mortgage Applications Survey for the week
ending March 2 showed a substantial drop in all contract rates and a
strong up tick in mortgage activity.
