I had my survey done on the 3rd of this month and apparently it should take 5 working days for me to get the results, so I should have them by now, so who do I chase to get them? My mortgage is with Cheltenham & Gloucester and the survey was 'free' as part of the mortgage, so do I chase them, my mortgage broker or my solicitors? or someone else entirely?
